clockin is the operating system for small and mid-sized businesses whose teams work on the road, on job sites, or at customer locations instead of at a desk.
How clockin came about
In 2018, Frederik, who ran a digital agency, met Thomas, who owned a skilled trades business, in Münster. Thomas was still tracking hours on paper, which was error-prone and time-consuming. Together they built the first version of clockin in 2019. What started as a solution for one business is now a platform serving more than 9,000 customers in over 50 industries.
Where clockin fits
clockin isn't a time tracking tool with a few extra features. It's the operating system for businesses whose work happens on site, built not for the desk but for the job site, the service route, and the customer visit.
