What other ambassadors ask

When and how is my bonus paid out?
Via PayPal. The first bonus arrives within 48 hours of the referred business subscribing; after that we pay out monthly. You can see what has added up so far at any time in the bonus tile in the Office Center. The payout itself runs through Cello — the partner platform we use to manage the referral program.
How long do I receive the 20% of revenue?
For every business you successfully refer, you get 20% of its monthly revenue — up to €1,000 or for three years, whichever comes first. The bonus calculator further up this page works out exactly what a referral is worth.
How many businesses can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of businesses you can refer – the more the better. Just share your referral link with your network.
How do I get into the draw – and when is it drawn?

Every successful referral automatically puts you in the draw – with no extra sign-up. A referral counts as successful as soon as the business you referred has paid its first invoice. We draw every month: from all of that month's tickets we pick one winner, who receives the prize of the month. This runs until December 2026 – a new prize every month, a new chance every month.

Any clockin customer taking part in the referral program. Simply refer clockin through your personal referral link – and you are in.

Where do I get my ambassador badge?

You receive your digital ambassador badge automatically as soon as the first business signs up for a trial through your referral link. We provide it as a digital graphic that you are free to use .
