Is my data safe when AI is used?
Yes. clockin is GDPR-compliant and developed in Germany. For the AI features we work with selected providers, and we have contracts in place with them that ensure GDPR-compliant use. We set out exactly which providers we use in our data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvereinbarung, AVV) – so you can check at any time which services are used where. We do not process your data further and we do not use it to train the models.
