The Connect Service pulls the employees from clockin and matches them to the right card number in DENTAplus via the personnel number.

Transfer working time schedules
Target hours per weekday become DENTAplus day plans. Only what has changed is updated.

Transfer absences
Approved holiday, sick leave and optionally public holidays become absence status in DENTAplus – up to 12 months retrospectively.

Frequently asked questions

How does the synchronisation between clockin and DENTAplus work?
The DENTAplus Connect Service picks up the working time schedules and approved absences from clockin and writes them to DENTAplus. It runs automatically in the background, with nobody exporting or triggering anything.
Is data also transferred from DENTAplus back to clockin?
No. The synchronisation runs in one direction: from clockin to DENTAplus. Changes you make in DENTAplus do not reach clockin.
How are employees matched between the systems?
Via the personnel number from clockin and the card number in DENTAplus. You set the matching up once and it stays.
Which absences are transferred?
Approved holiday and sick leave, and public holidays if you want them. Open and rejected requests are not transferred.
Does synchronising overwrite everything?
No. Only what has actually changed is written – the rest of your day plan in DENTAplus stays untouched. The comparison goes back up to 12 months.
What do I need technically in the lab?
DENTAplus Dentalabrechnung from version 26.05, the active DENTAplus Connect Service and a clockin account with API access (bearer token).
